At Dexcom, our Marketing team is dedicated to expanding our reach and driving growth. We seek a collaborative and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with our values and growth targets.
This hybrid role is based in Milan, working from the office 2 days a week, with 25-50% field travel to engage with customers.
- Where you come in
- Support distributor and partner needs, including brand training and tactical engagement tools in face-to-face and digital settings.
- Manage the development, localization, and deployment of DTC and HCP marketing collateral to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and execute regional and local marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Utilize customer segmentation, market data, and competitor intelligence to optimize multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Lead omnichannel media strategies (DTC/HCP) across broadcast and digital media.
- Establish KPIs, forecast results, and track performance to meet business goals.
- Provide project management and leadership for communication initiatives, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
- Maintain content compliance with relevant regulations, ensuring accuracy and credibility.
- Stay informed on industry trends and leverage insights to refine marketing plans.
- Partner cross-functionally to manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- What makes you successful
- Over 10 years of marketing experience, including 3-5 years in healthcare or medical devices.
- Proven success in developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns in regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of CGM technology and the diabetes market.
- Strong project management skills with high-quality, compliant deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a long-term vision.
- Experience in healthcare marketing within international settings.
- Proficiency in digital campaign activation.
- Support experience with distributors and partners.
- Fluent in Italian; English proficiency highly valued.
