Key Responsibilities
- Develop cross functional relationships that facilitate gathering of robust and complete product requirements for mechanical solutions
- Build and maintain strategic roadmaps for new mechanical solutions to drive business initiatives
- Lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of Mechanical Systems for next generation data centers in a highly cross‑functional environment, including internal customers, hardware, and software development teams
- Drive teams inside and outside the organization to deliver complex cross‑functional programs with high impact to the organization
About the Team
The Mechanical Products & Services team provides engineering expertise and design and product lifecycle support for mechanical equipment in data centers globally. This includes support for new products and design features that address mechanical cooling systems in deployments, as well as global scale remediation strategic efforts that impact Data Center capacity or availability. The team also drives business improvement initiatives increasing visibility and enabling data‑driven decision making.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years working closely with teams of 5‑25 high performing associates with a proven track record of success and growth
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
