Sr. Program Manager, FOAA PMO, Finance Operations, Accounting & Analysis (FOAA)

Finance Operations Accounting & Analysis (FOAA) is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, FOAA PMO. This role requires a strategic leader with strong program strategy, writing, prioritization, and execution skills. The candidate will partner with senior leadership on central priority program work, drive and grow strategic operational mechanisms as part of the PMO, and directly support the collective organization by building out future priority areas that align with organizational goals.

In this role, you will develop mechanisms for FOAA by implementing an intake process, managing and prioritizing a project portfolio, and creating org-wide project governance. You will lead change and operational excellence initiatives in collaboration with cross‑organizational partners and identify and drive change in a high‑growth environment. You will define and establish best practices, coordinate projects with Finance Operations, Accounting, and Technology senior leadership, and implement and iterate standard processes. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, provide thought leadership, and influence change at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with stakeholders across Central Accounting, FinOPs, Fintech, Business Partners, and Technology teams.
  • Develop and own structured project intake for FOAA and drive prioritization and allocation.
  • Create mechanisms to ensure timely delivery of projects by establishing scalable governance.
  • Grow and improve central resources and tools to ensure visibility, alignment, impact, and connectivity across the collective organization.
  • Execute operational mechanisms flawlessly, track and measure success, capture best practices, and iterate when needed.
  • Act as the key central owner of priority projects across the organization or provide PM partnership to FOAA functional leaders.
  • Think strategically to build long‑term and short‑term program strategies based on performance metrics, project complexity, and team dependencies.
  • Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics.
  • Define new goals to measure program success and drive the health of the program.
  • Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to execute mechanisms and track progress on top‑line priorities and goals.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers across the organization to develop, execute, and fulfill programs, and create new programs to meet emerging needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of delivering cross‑functional projects.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
