About this opportunity

• In this role, you will:
• Attract, search, and hire talent globally in a multi-site organization.
• Develop and execute employer branding, search, and hiring strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Manage local, regional, and global Talent Acquisition projects.
• Handle full-cycle hiring to meet various departmental goals.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and third-party firms.
• Track and report on key metrics for Talent Acquisition activities.

In this role, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Dutch, German, French, or Italian.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with remote hiring across multiple countries in EMEA.
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle hiring processes across all organizational levels.
