We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to oversee data center build projects in Texas. This role will lead cross‑functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The Program Manager will use judgment, negotiation skills, influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones. Responsibilities include managing capital budgets, eliminating non‑value‑add activity, designing solutions, removing blockers, and accelerating project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional and technical teams from conceptual design to deployment.
• Apply project management tools, methodologies, and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrate experience in scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management.
• Prepare reports and metrics tracking.
• Manage capital budgets and ensure projects stay on budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology field.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint.
• Experience with Tableau, KanBan, Playbook, SQL, and systems integration is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communicator; can handle ambiguity and competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technology field.
