Within ITA, the Technical Program Management team bridges the gap between visionary ideas and practical implementation, orchestrating complex projects from inception to delivery. Technical Program Managers influence product strategy, optimize processes, and deliver solutions that have a tangible impact on millions of prospective Amazonians worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement multiple data‑ and web‑based solutions on a global scale.
  • Partner with engineering teams in North America and Europe to define software development principles and goals for the global ITA organization.
  • Quantify problems, devise solutions, estimate engineering effort, and roll out new systems that adhere to established principles.
  • Collaborate with research and data scientists to implement algorithms into daily business and support teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Serve as an independent assessor and developer of technical talent throughout the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 5+ years’ experience in technical product or program management.
  • 3+ years’ software development experience.
  • 5+ years’ technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical‑path management.
  • Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Salary

USA, VA, Arlington – 148,700.00 – 201,200.00 USD annually.
