Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive test development for new PCP products in a hands‑on capacity, delivering reliable, cost‑effective test solutions. You will collaborate with design and product teams to accelerate bring‑up, validation, and production ramp for power‑management devices. You’ll tackle debugging and yield improvement across analog, mixed‑signal, and power products, applying DFT and data‑driven insights. Develop and maintain ATE test programs and hardware for analog, mixed‑signal, and power management products Execute test plan implementation, ensuring test coverage and quality targets Support product bring‑up, characterization, and validation activities Perform debug and failure analysis on ATE systems and bench setups Analyze test data to identify issues and improve yield and test stability Collaborate with Design and Product Engineering teams to resolve technical problems Support production ramp and sustaining engineering activities Contribute to test time and cost optimization Follow established DFT methodologies and test standards Responsabilità
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering 3‑6+ years of experience in test engineering or related field Experience with ATE platforms (Advantest, Teradyne, SPEA or similar) Basic understanding of DFT concepts and production test flows Experience in debugging analog and mixed‑signal circuits Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer) Programming skills in C/C++, Python, or similar Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods Requisiti fondamentali
