Own the ML product roadmap end‑to‑end, prioritizing work based on customer needs and business value. Lead ML initiatives (e.g., Attachment Matcher, Transaction Categorizer, Cashflow Management) from discovery to delivery. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful ML implementations with measurable value. Articulate rationale for priorities to stakeholders, including customers, product, and executives. Monitor ML model and product performance, making data‑driven recommendations to improve outcomes. Product management experience with a data/ML focus; track record of 0→1 or scale of ML/data products. Technical fluency in ML; ability to translate complex concepts into requirements. Strong stakeholder management; ability to communicate with non‑technical audiences. Analytical thinking; data‑driven decision making balancing customer needs and business objectives. Strategic vision; ability to develop a compelling product roadmap aligned with company goals.
