Founded in 2001, it is now a true artistic ecosystem involving 16 sections, hundreds of emerging artists, and over 100 locations between Rome and Lazio. With its unique "total spectacle" formula, MArteLive transforms every event into a contamination of languages: music, visual arts, performance, street art, theatre, video art, dance, fashion, craftsmanship, and much more.Over the years, it has won national and international grants, including Creative Europe, and has become a benchmark for emerging talent, offering over 150 prizes in each edition, including productions, tours, residencies, workshops, management contracts, and festival participations.MArteLive is looking for interns for the Event Organization – Visual Arts and Curation area in view of the organization for the MArteLive Biennale 2026, a major cultural festival, of which the artistic competition is the most important event.This internship is aimed at university students or those enrolled in the Academy of Fine Arts, equivalent university courses, or Contemporary Art History programs who need to activate a curricular internship.Depending on the affinity of their studies, interns are expected to carry out the internship within the following sections:* Photography* Painting* Sculpture* Street art* Video Art* Illustration and graphics**Availability required:*** Immediate* Domicile in Rome* Monday to Friday, 4 flexible hours daily between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM* Modality: hybrid (part in person, part in smart working)**What you will do:**Working alongside the section head, you will learn to manage the entire process of artist research and selection, dealing with:* Selecting artists through the analysis of received materials* Supporting event production (99 ARTS, Street Art For Rights, Open Gallery, L'arte non ha sbarre)* Collaborating in the search for partnerships and media partnerships* Drafting the performance program, including logistical management* Coordinating rehearsals and adherence to event timelines* Managing artist reception and any logistical needs* Evaluating performances and collecting feedback**Requirements:*** Passion and knowledge of Visual Arts* Interest in organizing cultural events and live performances* Good knowledge of the English language (preferential)* Familiarity with the national/international artistic landscape* Interest in artistic production dynamics and scouting ability**Required transversal skills:*** Good use of Office, Google Drive, and Zoom* Initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving* Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork**What we offer:*** Curricular internship of at least 3 months* Certificate of attendance and recognition of ECTS (if applicable)* Direct involvement in a nationally significant cultural project* Opportunities for growth and networking in the artistic sector* Continuous training from industry professionals (with over 20 years of experience)* Possibility to become a Junior Talent Scout and expand your skills in multidisciplinary event management**Internship details:*** Duration: minimum 3 months* Compensation: not provided (curricular internship with ECTS release and final certificate)* Location: Rome* Hours: part-time afternoon (4 hours)**How to apply:**To apply, please send your CV and Cover Letter, in Italian, to the email address: ** **Send your updated curriculum, with authorization for the processing of personal data in accordance with Legislative Decree 2018/101 and GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) along with a brief presentation, specifying the artistic discipline of your interest in which you intend to carry out the internship among: Photography – Painting – Sculpture – Street art – Video art – Graphic illustration.**TO APPLY GO TO**---*This announcement is open to both sexes, pursuant to laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and all nationalities, pursuant to legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.*
