Stage Jr Project Manager

You'll support the area Project Managers and Client Managers in the daily management of operational project activities.

You'll participate in the planning and organization of work phases , monitoring timelines and budgets.

You'll maintain direct contact with clients and suppliers , ensuring everyone is aligned on objectives.

You'll collaborate with the internal creative team to share briefs and follow production timelines.

You'll monitor project progress , highlighting any critical issues.

You'll support the drafting of reports and documentation to track activities performed.

You'll enter and update project-related data in the company ERP systems.

We're looking for a curious, organized, precise, and proactive person with a strong aptitude for teamwork and good communication skills.

The ideal candidate also possesses: Good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides Education in communication, marketing, or economics Excellent problem-solving attitude

Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of French will be considered a plus
