Role
The intern will support the team in administrative and compliance activities related to Law 185/90, the regulation governing the export, import, and transit of armament materials. The intern will collaborate in document management, monitoring authorization processes, and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in collecting, preparing, and verifying the documentation required for compliance with Law 185/90.
- Assist in updating and monitoring authorizations required under the applicable regulations.
- Support in managing information flows with the relevant authorities.
- File, organize, and maintain authorization records and registers required by the regulation.
- Assist in preparing internal reports or documentation requested by company departments.
- Contribute to the verification of company processes’ compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the Compliance/Regulatory team.
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, or related fields.
- Interest in international trade regulations and compliance topics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
