You will be inserted in the Business Unit dedicated to the IBM product line, focusing on proposing and commercialising flagship products of this important brand.

Cosa Farai

• Supporterai nella gestione degli ordini e richieste di vendita del nostro portafoglio di prodotti, garantendo un servizio tempestivo e orientato al cliente.
• Supporterai nella proposta proattiva delle soluzioni e dei prodotti ai nostri clienti.
• Fornirai nel tempo risposte alle richieste dei clienti, lavorando a stretto contatto con il team della BU.
• Supporterai nella gestione dei backorder dei clienti e della reportistica.
• Imparerai a costruire e mantenere eccellenti relazioni con i clienti attraverso un impegno proattivo e una conoscenza specialistica dei prodotti.

Cosa Cerchiamo

• Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea in materie tecniche e/o di gestione aziendale.
• Motivazione ad apprendere una professione in ambito commerciale nel BtoB.
• Interesse/passione per la tecnologia.
• Orientamento al risultato, organizzazione personale e proattività.
• Buona capacità di comunicazione e orientamento al lavoro in team.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e media conoscenza di Excel.

Cosa Offriamo

• Tirocinio di 6 mesi + 6 mesi con rimborso spese superiore ai parametri di mercato.
• Attività in modalità ibrida (2 giorni in ufficio, 3 giorni a casa).
• Mensa gratuita e navetta da/per la Metro di San Donato Milanese.
• Valorizziamo l'apprendimento continuo.

Sede del tirocinio: San Giuliano Milanese - con possibilità di attività in modalità ibrida (dal mese di luglio ci trasferiremo a Milano Santa Giulia).
