Position Summary At Nestlé, we are committed to enhancing coffee experiences through innovation, strong brands and consumer‑centric solutions. As part of the Nescafé Dolce Gusto Machines Team, you will support the development and execution of category and trade marketing initiatives across key retail and e‑commerce channels. You will contribute to market analysis, shopper activation and commercial projects aimed at driving category growth and strengthening brand competitiveness.

Throughout the internship, you will gain hands‑on experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management and e‑commerce, while learning how commercial strategies are developed and implemented within a leading FMCG company.

This internship is ideal for candidates interested in marketing, retail, category development and shopper behaviour.

A Day in the Life

Analyze market, customer and shopper data to identify trends, opportunities and competitive dynamics.

Monitor category performance and competitor activities across retail and e‑commerce channels.

Support the development of shopper and consumer activation initiatives, including promotions, contests, POP materials and in‑store activities.

Contribute to the planning and coordination of in‑store demo activities to enhance consumer engagement and product trial.

Support content creation and optimization for e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon and key retail partners.

Collaborate with digital, marketing and sales teams to support consumer engagement and online growth initiatives.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of category and trade marketing projects.

What Will Make You Successful

Strong interest in Trade Marketing, Category Management and consumer goods.

Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and market trends.

Good organizational skills and problem‑solving attitude.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Curiosity, proactivity and eagerness to learn.

Fluent in English.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Passion for brands, retail and consumer behaviour.

What You Will Learn During this internship you will gain hands‑on experience in Trade Marketing and Category Development within one of Nestlé's most iconic coffee brands. You will develop analytical skills through market and performance analysis, while learning how shopper marketing initiatives, promotions and commercial activations are designed and executed across different channels.

You will also gain exposure to retail dynamics, e‑commerce development, cross‑functional collaboration and category growth strategies in a highly competitive business environment.
