Role Summary We are seeking a world‑class international client lead to serve as Enlarged Europe Media Operations Lead for one of our most significant Groupe clients. This role requires exceptional international experience and the ability to oversee a network of 10+ markets, ensuring consistent delivery of the regional media vision, fulfilment of global commitments, and strong connectivity across the network.
This role will lead the transformation of the regional media operating model by driving innovation, process standardisation, governance, product development and AI‑enabled solutions that improve business performance across the network. The position spans three overarching areas aligned to our agency Growth Pillars and Expectations Framework.
Responsabilità Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Effectiveness
Drive operational excellence, effectiveness and continuous transformation for Stellantis, ensuring best‑in‑class delivery across the Enlarged Europe network.
Oversee day‑to‑day outputs across multiple central hubs, ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery.
Define and drive adoption of regional operating standards, governance frameworks, proprietary tools and best practices across all markets.
Develop and implement the global scope and remuneration plan, ensuring optimal FTE structures to deliver outstanding service.
Support the Client Lead in managing the global P&L and identifying opportunities to diversify revenue streams.
Lead the evolution of the regional media operating model, simplifying processes, improving scalability and increasing operational efficiency.
Product, Data & Innovation
Own the roadmap for regional media products, dashboards and reporting capabilities, ensuring they evolve in line with client needs.
Translate business requirements into scalable product enhancements working closely with Product Managers, Engineering and Data teams.
Lead the implementation of new operational capabilities including taxonomy evolution, reporting frameworks, governance models and automation initiatives.
Ensure data quality, reporting consistency and scalable measurement frameworks across all markets.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to simplify operations and improve decision making.
