Our client is a FinTech startup that provides a digital platform aimed at simplifying and democratizing access to income-generating real estate investments across Europe. With a mission to make property ownership more inclusive, the company focuses on young Europeans interested in small-scale investments and international investors looking to enter European real estate markets.


Position:


  • Build from scratch new products overseeing the complete development cycle. Take a proactive role and ownership of the products you will work on
  • Setup the whole application development lifecycle, including: architecture design, development, tests strategy, deployment to production, monitoring, alerting and support
  • Build scalable software solutions that will grow rapidly in the next months minimizing technical debt
  • Work on challenging problems that can have a direct impact on our users and company
  • Work in a cross-functional team with design, product and operations


Technical Requirements


  • Strong commitment for a startup and excellent teamwork skills
  • 5+ years as a Fullstack developer or similar role in fast-paced environments, ideally startups or scaleups
  • Deep knowledge and experience on at least one front-end framework: ReactJS, Angular, Vue.
  • Deep knowledge and experience on at least one BE framework based on Node.js.
  • Good understanding of both relational (Postgres, MySql) and document (Mongo) databases.
  • A person who is born a builder, possessing a team-working spirit, and equipped with maturity and humbleness to continue personal growth
  • Who is able to frequently visit our Milan HQ office to physically work together, contributing to building strong team culture
  • Fluent in English at a business level.

Work mode : Hybrid (1-2 days on-site, 3 days remote)


Base salary : 50.000/60.000 €
