Store Director
Bulgari Italia is looking for a Store Director to manage its prestigious flagship store in Via Montenapoleone and its store located in Rinascente Milano .
Reporting to the Italy Retail Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading the store team to ensure a meaningful, memorable, and seamless client experience. Acting as a coach, strategist, and entrepreneur, the Store Director embodies a client‑centric philosophy, effectively managing both front‑and‑back‑of‑house activities to foster team engagement and drive business success.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, inspiring trust, commitment, and client‑centric excellence, and leading by example.
- Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales objectives and meet store/business KPIs, ensuring to spend most of the time on the floor.
- Drive team motivation and engagement, sharing the strategy and vision of the brand, encouraging innovation and collecting best practices. Ensure smooth organization of the teams (front, back, and care services).
- Coach and develop the teams by observing and providing constant feedback.
- Partner with Sales Trainers in identifying training needs and deploying action plans.
- Develop clienteling strategies: recruit new clients, host in‑store events, leverage digital tools, and create strong local business relevance, nurturing store portfolio and enhancing relationships with VICs.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent client experience in‑store and remotely, following the brand’s selling experience, enhancing Italian culture and hospitality.
- Oversee all store operations, ensuring proper stock management and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines, while guaranteeing store maintenance, a safe environment, and optimal functionality.
- Stay informed on market trends, competition, and omnichannel initiatives, leveraging insights to drive the business.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable luxury retail leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, and developing a high‑performing team.
- Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key industry related relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media partners.
- Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions and put in place the proper business actions.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget oversight and revenue generation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the ability to acquire some expertise in store operation applications (Beanstore, Sales Force, SAP).
