Store Manager – Fidenza Village Pop-Up

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Fidenza Village Pop-Up in Milan for a 4-month period. This role will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring Nude Project’s operational and visual standards are consistently maintained.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team in a dynamic and enthusiastic way.
• Oversee the entire operation and management of the boutique, setting key sales targets and KPIs to ensure the achievement of goals.
• Establish logistical, operational, and analytical processes for the Amsterdam market.
• Prepare weekly reports on store performance, product status, and KPIs; design and implement action plans to maximize the store’s potential.
• Ensure meticulous customer service standards, maintaining excellent relationships with our clientele.
• Welcome ambassadors, VIPs, and assist in market prospecting.
• Manage stock control, minimize loss, and create action plans to keep inventory at the lowest possible levels.
• Select, train, and promote your staff, driving growth initiatives while maintaining store productivity and ensuring coverage.
• Oversee visual merchandising initiatives for the company.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing teams in the premium retail sector.
• Ability to collect and analyze data rigorously.
• Strategic and analytical mindset for business decision‑making based on data and reports.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and products.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Knowledge and experience in tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge about the city of Amsterdam and its culture.
