Seven For All Mankind is looking for an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee the overall management of our store in Rome .


The successful candidate will be responsible for driving top-line sales, enhancing the customer experience, and leading a high-performing team. This includes analyzing performance metrics, maximizing profitability, and ensuring alignment with our brand image and retail strategy.


You will play a key role in inspiring your team, growing store traffic, and creating a premium shopping environment that reflects our brand’s fashion and lifestyle DNA.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand the customer base, increase store traffic, and optimize profitability
  • Analyze WTD, PTD, and YTD KPIs to identify trends and define effective action plans
  • Drive sales performance through training, coaching, and mentoring team members
  • Ensure that all team members understand and represent the brand values, product knowledge, and seasonal messages
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Take ownership of all aspects of store operations, including inventory control and stock shrinkage targets
  • Manage all administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Oversee staff performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and development plans in coordination with HR
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and secure store environment
  • Uphold high standards in visual merchandising and overall store presentation
  • Ensure accurate and timely cash handling, banking procedures, and petty cash purchases
  • Utilize POS system reports to track performance and identify business needs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and in-store product assortment


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Customer-centric mindset and proven ability to deliver a premium customer experience
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, operational procedures, and inventory management
  • Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and the ability to translate that into customer engagement
  • Business acumen and strong networking skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
