Seven For All Mankind is looking for an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee the overall management of our store in Rome .
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving top-line sales, enhancing the customer experience, and leading a high-performing team. This includes analyzing performance metrics, maximizing profitability, and ensuring alignment with our brand image and retail strategy.
You will play a key role in inspiring your team, growing store traffic, and creating a premium shopping environment that reflects our brand’s fashion and lifestyle DNA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the customer base, increase store traffic, and optimize profitability
- Analyze WTD, PTD, and YTD KPIs to identify trends and define effective action plans
- Drive sales performance through training, coaching, and mentoring team members
- Ensure that all team members understand and represent the brand values, product knowledge, and seasonal messages
- Maintain excellent customer service standards to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Take ownership of all aspects of store operations, including inventory control and stock shrinkage targets
- Manage all administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee staff performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and development plans in coordination with HR
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and secure store environment
- Uphold high standards in visual merchandising and overall store presentation
- Ensure accurate and timely cash handling, banking procedures, and petty cash purchases
- Utilize POS system reports to track performance and identify business needs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and in-store product assortment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Customer-centric mindset and proven ability to deliver a premium customer experience
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs, operational procedures, and inventory management
- Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and the ability to translate that into customer engagement
- Business acumen and strong networking skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
