About the Role

The Store Manager acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring the flagship store reflects the highest standards of service, product presentation, hospitality and brand image. • Team Management
Lead, motivate and develop the store team. Organise induction, training, briefings and one‑to‑one meetings. Foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture and ensure effective staffing and coverage.
