Report directly to the Store Associate Manager responsible for the Wincity of Cesena. Handle ticket issuance and conversion via video terminals, including cashing and winnings. Promote opening of game accounts, managing activation procedures and client account management. Operate VLT (Video Lotteries) and AWP (Amusement with Prize) machines and provide client assistance and support. Inform clients about new products, promotions, events, and gameplay modes. Collect required documentation for anti‑money‑laundering and anti‑corruption procedures and monitor critical events in compliance with Responsible Gaming rules. Support administrative and reporting activities, assisting the Store Associate Manager and the team. Qualifications
Diploma or professional training background. Previous experience dealing directly with the public, in sales and cash handling. Curious, proactive and eager to work in a dynamic environment. Client‑oriented with a strong service and commercial mindset. Reliable, responsible, and capable of working both in a team and independently. Strong passion for technology and solid digital skills. Passion for sports is an advantage. Salary and Benefits
Annual gross salary range: €25,500 – €29,000 (CCNL Commercio livello 4). Additional benefits and incentives may apply based on role and location. Working Hours
Availability required from 09:30 to 02:00 with nearly continuous shift rotations. 5 days per week, Monday through Sunday. Additional Perks
