Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join a team of top-tier strategy consultants, working as a SWAT team for the Central Europe CEO.
Salesforce seeks hardworking and passionate individuals who can articulate how our solutions can transform customers’ businesses and help them exceed their goals. This role involves delivering business transformation enabled by technology, requiring deep insights into the business dynamics of large enterprises and shaping customer change agendas.
This position combines frontline commercial execution with strategic thinking. You will work with enterprise sales teams on major opportunities in Switzerland, engaging with C-level executives to provide structure, insight, and leadership to drive deals to closure. Responsibilities include defining account strategies, delivering C-level value propositions, developing deal structures, and creating commercial proposals for large deals.
Responsibilities:
- Define commercial strategies with enterprise sales teams, prioritizing initiatives based on problems, value potential, and strategic priorities.
- Build and present compelling investment justifications to secure customer funding for Salesforce solutions by analyzing key business value drivers.
- Articulate how our solutions will digitally transform customers’ businesses at scale.
- Develop attractive deal structures and clearly communicate the value of proposals.
- Create and deliver compelling propositions to C-level executives to support strategic technology decisions.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Role seniority depends on experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to create, quantify insights, and communicate recommendations to CxOs effectively.
- Strong influencing skills; self-starter with high energy.
- Interest in technology and enterprise software industries.
- Motivation to work in a strategic, consultative sales environment.
- MBA degree required.
