We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Digital & Betting Department.

Main Responsibilities

• Strategic product, marketing, and CRM analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitoring business and operational performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Production and optimization of periodic and management reporting, integrating data from internal and external sources.
• Support for top management through dashboards, executive presentations, business cases, and forecasting.
• Advanced data analysis and KPI definition to transform data into operational insights and improve processes and performance.

Requirements

• Data Analysis & Tools: SQL, Python, Power BI
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (especially advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of English.
• Availability to travel
• Ability to work in a team, build relationships, and share information
• Aptitude for analysis and problem solving
• Time management and process optimization
• Stress management skills
