Strategic Planning & Business Development Internship - Dompé

For our office in Milan , we’re looking for a Strategic Planning & Business Development Intern to join our team.

The Intern will support the team in the following activities:

• Support in the definition of Company’s long-term Stratigic Plan, by gathering and analyzing market data, industry trends, and internal performance metrics to inform the Company’s strategy;
• Assist in defining and monitoring short-term KPIs aligned with the Strategic Plan, helping coordinating input at cross-functional level and tracking progress toward Organizational goals;
• Support in the coordination of strategic projects, by assisting in preparing project material and collecting key input / insights through the collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Clinical Development) at Global level;
• Support in evaluating the attractiveness and strategic fit of business development opportunities, including market assessment, business case definition and financial evaluation of potential partnerships, M&A and licensing deals;
• Support in the preparation of presentations and reports for Top Management and key internal stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics ,Management Engineering or a related fields.

Further Requirements:

• Fluency in English - written and spoken;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
