Porsche Consulting has ambitious growth targets.

To strengthen our team in Milan, we are looking for excellent Strategy Consultants in Operations and High Performance Organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead international interdisciplinary teams at customer sites, focusing on transforming operations and gaining a competitive advantage
• Guide clients with innovative ideas to enhance production processes and logistics, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
• Align operations improvements with clients' strategic goals and drive change through measurable results
• Leverage Digital Tools and Industry 4.0 Use Cases to enable superior operational performance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in production management within multinational companies, preferably in industrial or consumer goods sectors
• Experience leading teams and resources directly
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Big picture thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, and enthusiasm for change
• Proficiency in Italian and English; German is a plus

This role requires a willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to customer sites.
