Strategy Consultant

To strengthen our team in Milan, we are looking for excellent Strategy Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing national and international consulting projects in different industries
• Leading challenging projects in the areas of Strategy and Organization at the client’s site in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Guiding customers with innovative ideas in creating a competitive advantage and leverage it through innovative organization concepts
• Creating the deployment plan and sustain the customer in its implementation, obtaining relevant bottom-line results

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Economics or Engineering or an equivalent education. MBA is a preferred requirement
• 4+ years of experience in a leading strategy or management consulting company
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Python and simulation models.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for changes
• Team spirit and flexibility

The role of consultant requires a full willingness to travel (80% of the work time at customers' site).
