Strategy & Esg Manager

Seltis Hub is looking for its client, a food industry company based in Verona, a :

• Strategy & ESG Manager
• Primary Focus:
• Develop and drive ESG strategy in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Partner with sustainability team, sales team, government affairs, and business development team to build initiatives and steps that will align value proposition and portfolio to company sustainability targets and ESG priorities.
• Support executive team and key business leaders in developing the roadmap to align the business with ESG strategic priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant functional management experience or equivalent.
• Sustainability strategy or operations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ESG-related technical knowledge, including understanding the significance of particular ESG issues to the agribusiness and food industry.
• Fluency in English required.
