Your role

  • Cross-functional project management - Drive execution of growth initiatives, including incubating, experimenting, and launching strategic priorities
  • Market research, analytics, and competitors benchmarking
  • Business planning, modeling, and go-to-market planning
  • Preparation of strategy, market, and financial reports to support business and strategy decision-making
  • Support geographical and market expansion
  • Project delivery, including progress tracking, task management, and stakeholder coordination

What we are looking for

  • 1-3 years' experience in strategy consulting or growth/business development roles
  • Experience in scale-ups, start-ups, fintech, or incubators is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to execute growth initiatives and deliver tangible results
  • Knowledge of private equity and venture capital industries is a plus
  • Multidisciplinary background and versatile thinking
  • Ability to structure ambiguous initiatives and work across roles and stakeholders
  • Strong learning agility and execution capability in new environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team-oriented mindset
