As a Strategy Manager you’ll join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team. In this role you’ll be primarily responsible for impactful initiatives, supporting Business Units and Regions across multiple countries.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Lead in‑depth research and analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to uncover new growth opportunities and anticipate potential risks.
• Contribute to high‑profile strategic programs, including Digital Euro and Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to gather data, extract actionable insights, and deliver compelling recommendations to senior leadership.
• Continuously monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies, ensuring agile adjustments to maximize impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to provide forward‑thinking insights that fuel Nexi’s growth ambitions.
• Support Public Affairs and Investor Relations teams, strengthening our engagement with key external stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving strategic decisions, including market intelligence, analytical factbase, trade‑off assessment, framing for executive consideration.
• Experience utilizing advanced research techniques and analytical tools to drive thorough market intelligence.
• Demonstrated project management excellence, with a solid track record of successful outcomes obtained through planning, mobilization, and delivery of strategic initiatives, ideally within a complex multinational organization.
• Experience in successfully engaging senior executives and in forming collaborative relations within complex organizations.
• You thrive on tackling complex challenges and turning data into clear, actionable strategies. Your analytical mindset, combined with strong communication skills, enables you to influence decision‑making at all levels.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in Issuing, Merchant Acquiring, Digital Payments and/or Fintech Ecosystems.
