Strategy Officer

We are an International Insurance Company active in life and non-life business.

We are looking for a high-potential, intellectually curious and execution-oriented professional to lead the new Strategic Office . This role acts as a business partner to the CEO and to all Executive Committee members, with responsibility for coordinating, producing and managing the strategic documentation and decision-making materials required to steer the company at Group and local level.

This role is a unique opportunity for a candidate with a background in strategy consulting or investment banking , who is ready to move from advisory to execution within a dynamic and evolving insurance company.

The individual will operate at the core of the decision-making process, helping shape the strategic narrative of the organization, connecting numbers, ideas and people in a structured and insightful way.

Must-have Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms or in investment banking / corporate development roles.
• Excellent writing, synthesis and communication skills , with a natural ability to simplify complexity and to build coherent narratives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint , with hands-on capability to produce high-quality materials autonomously.
• Deep familiarity with the Italian insurance market – either through direct experience or via significant exposure to the industry in past roles.
• Track record of working on strategic projects, preferably with exposure to transformation initiatives, governance topics, or M&A.

• Absolute discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
