Are you an experienced IT Field Engineer looking for flexible project-based work?
iCobus is a Structured Cabling, Internet, and IT Services company supporting clients across the UK and Europe. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our network of freelance engineers in Milan and are looking for reliable, skilled professionals to join our team.
What You'll Be Working On
Our engineers support a variety of projects, including:
IT Break-Fix Support
- Device testing, troubleshooting, replacement, and installation
Racking & Stacking
- Decommissioning and relocating network equipment
- Patching, labeling, and testing
Audio Visual (AV) Projects
- Installation and replacement of meeting room and office AV equipment
Structured Cabling
- Installation, termination, labeling, and testing of network cabling
Site Surveys & Audits
- Cabling surveys
- IT asset and device audits

Ideal Candidates
- Experience in IT support, networking, structured cabling, or AV installations
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on-site
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Milan area
- Own tools and testing equipment are advantageous
