FortifyIQ is seeking an Associate for the Structured Finance Team in Rome. The role involves handling structured finance and debt capital market transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in structuring and executing structured finance transactions.
- Support debt capital market activities, including analysis, documentation, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
Qualifications
- Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
- Admitted to the Italian bar.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in structured finance, capital markets or related fields.
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
Compensation
- Competitive salary in the range of EUR 50,000 - 70,000.
