In Grupo Planeta, siamo alla ricerca di uno/a Student Services Coordinator (tempo determinato) per entrare a far parte del nostro team presso la Rome Business School, che assicurerà un’esperienza studente di alta qualità dall’inscrizione in poi. Sarà il principale punto di contatto per i bisogni non accademici degli studenti, supportando sia studenti internazionali sia nazionali in un ambiente multiculturale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with visa, residence permit, accommodation, and onboarding
  • Deliver welcome and orientation activities
  • Manage student communications (email, phone, in person)
  • Coordinate with external providers (housing, relocation, services)
  • Organize events and engagement activities with academic teams
  • Identify and manage student benefits and partnerships
  • Monitor requests and provide regular reporting

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment
  • Good IT skills (Excel, Office; CRM is a plus)
