In Grupo Planeta, siamo alla ricerca di uno/a Student Services Coordinator (tempo determinato) per entrare a far parte del nostro team presso la Rome Business School, che assicurerà un’esperienza studente di alta qualità dall’inscrizione in poi. Sarà il principale punto di contatto per i bisogni non accademici degli studenti, supportando sia studenti internazionali sia nazionali in un ambiente multiculturale.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students with visa, residence permit, accommodation, and onboarding
- Deliver welcome and orientation activities
- Manage student communications (email, phone, in person)
- Coordinate with external providers (housing, relocation, services)
- Organize events and engagement activities with academic teams
- Identify and manage student benefits and partnerships
- Monitor requests and provide regular reporting
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment
- Good IT skills (Excel, Office; CRM is a plus)
