What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions in SAP SuccessFactors (EC & Recruiting).
- Configure and customize EC and Recruiting modules following best practices.
- Participate in all project phases: design, build, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Provide strategic consulting to optimize HR processes.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Conduct client workshops and deliver end‑user training.
- Ensure integration with other systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Payroll).
- Monitor and resolve post-go-live issues.
- Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC & Recruiting).
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation.
- Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues reported by clients.
- Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes as requested.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding issue status and resolution timelines.
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex problem‑solving and integrations.
- Prepare regular reports on support activities and system health.
What You’ll Bring Along
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, focusing on Employee Central and Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and labor regulations.
- Experience in international projects and working with distributed teams.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (EC and/or Recruiting) is desired.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Analytical thinking and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Leadership and mentoring skills for junior consultants.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). German or another EU language is a plus.
