Music Supervisor | Hybrid | Cruise Ship Productions
We’re looking for a passionate and structured Music Supervisor to lead the musical direction of our productions onboard cruise ships. This is a high-impact role combining hands-on operational leadership with artistic vision.
What You’ll Do
● Audition, select, and coordinate singers and musicians for each production.
● Oversee the entire musical process from casting to showtime.
● Collaborate with the Music Director, choreographers, vocal coaches, and technicians to ensure high-quality execution.
● Monitor cast performances onboard and ensure artistic consistency throughout the contract period.
● Contribute to the creation of new shows and advise on song choices and structure.
Who You Are
● Experienced in musical direction or artistic supervision.
● Deep musical knowledge, especially of pop, crossover, and musical theatre genres.
● Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proactive mindset.
● Tech-savvy and familiar with digital communication platforms.
● Fluent in English.
Location
Hybrid — with periodic travel onboard ships and to rehearsal studios.
