ABOUT THE ROLE

Within Purchasing EE Region, the SCVO LEADER is actor in the Value Optimization (technical/marketing/logistics cost savings) activity in serial life, in coordination between the Purchasing functions, the Engineering functions and Stellantis external suppliers in order to support and boost the overall VO performance.

The SCVO Leader is especially PUR permanent representative & leader for 3 to 5 OVP Groups and responsible of the VO performance of a group of TOP50 suppliers.

His scope of responsibilities includes :

• Purchasing permanent member of OVP groups to guarantee transformation of VO ideas into savings (APV = 40 B€);
• To assess with Engineering VO idea risk and set priorities for supplier management activities in OVP Groups;
• To organize a strong VO management of his/her suppliers amongst top EE suppliers (top 50 suppliers in total, APV = 26 B€) on VO Performance KPIs;
• VO idea generation with main suppliers, transversally, savings proposals;
• To organize the escalation level 1 with suppliers and contributing to escalation level 2.

Main KPIs :

• EETPC (Technical/Brand Savings) in €/veh
• EE Supplier VO Performance in % of APV

Main counterparts : PDT/VEHE, xdwybme PRS, EHE (VO Managers, VO drivers), SLCP (Idea Generation), PUR (Purch Managers, Buyers, IPM), plants, Brands

Skills needed :

• Purchasing background and network;
• Agility in a cross functional environment with transversal management required to develop strong relationship with Engineering and suppliers;
• Synthetic capabilities and escalation organization ability.
