In this role you drive supplier performance and continuous improvement across strategic suppliers to maximize value. You will manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and lead cross-functional efforts to implement improvement plans. You’ll benchmark best practices and elevate issues to category stakeholders, shaping supply chain solutions aligned with financial objectives. This position offers exposure to global suppliers, with travel up to 60%, and the opportunity to influence standards and innovation within the category. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, and delivery. Retribuzione / Benefits
Develop and manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring Communicate objective performance metrics (lead time, on‑time delivery, quality, TCO) for continuous improvement Design supplier management plans and coordinate internal/external resources to boost performance (technical, cost, delivery, quality) Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews or supplier visits to drive improvement plans (travel required) Oversee strategies, performance, and development of small‑scale suppliers Monitor overall supplier performance and initiate action plans to address failures Perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions Apply business acumen to craft supply chain solutions meeting financial targets Lead cross‑functional teams through performance management to achieve goals Responsabilità
Masters's degree in appropriate discipline, or five years of related experience Operational knowledge of 5+ years with suppliers in purchasing/supply chain SAP Knowledge Change agent Excellent communication and active listening with stakeholders at all levels Conflict management and negotiation skills Analytical and synthesis capabilities Quality Control Analysis Strong decision‑making and adaptability in complex situations Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 60%) Requisiti fondamentali
