Role: PURCHASE & LOGISTICS INTERN
Location: Arese, Lombardy, Italy

Your tasks
- Entry of purchase orders into the company ERP
- Entry and update of purchase price lists in the ERP
- Support with purchase order follow-up (order confirmation checks, lead time monitoring and any follow-ups, bookings and subsequent shipment tracking)
- Support in sending import documents and instructions to customs office
- Booking pickups via carriers’ portals (road transports)
- Coordination with the warehouse for the management of incoming goods
- Communication with suppliers and forwarders regarding any shipment issues
- Orders of stationery
- Updating reports in Excel
Required Skills
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Accuracy and strong organizational skills
- Teamwork-oriented attitude
