Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamicSupply Chain Manager to lead and inspire our Supply Chain Team in Lucca.

This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong, high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, with a strong focus on fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and open communication.

Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, as this role requires close coordination with cross-functional departments, suppliers, and stakeholders. We value leaders who can motivate others, resolve conflicts with empathy, and drive results through positive influence and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or with appropriate workplace experience/qualification
• Experience with, and sound knowledge of manufacturing supply-chain and Lean methodology
• Strong data analysis and ERP subject matter expert
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven presentation skills, including use of common tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• APIC’s certified
• Lean certified and/or 6 Sigma green belt trained

Personal Specification :

• Experience in leading and motivating factory based teams
• Leading regional/global cross functional teams
• Excellent relationship management, with the ability to work collaboratively
• The ability to think strategically and translate the strategy into operational
