Job Description:

The Supply Chain Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all supply chain operations at a specific site or facility. This role ensures the seamless coordination of procurement, inventory, production planning, warehousing, and logistics to meet business and customer needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain functions at the site, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.

• Lead cross-functional coordination with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with site goals.

• Ensure accurate forecasting, demand planning, and capacity utilization to meet customer and production requirements.

• Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as internal quality standards.

• Manage relationships with suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and key stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead and develop the site supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
