Your main responsibilities: Drive specific Supply Chain & Operations projects, supporting the organization targets. Participate in European network optimization project, evaluate the optimal cost & efficiency sourcing, routing, execution of orders Active member of the ERP implementation project, support design & requirement phase, as well as implementation in European sites of D365 Microsoft solution. Ability to design new processes related to ERP Standard work/Solutions. Support the issuing and maintenance of SOP (Standard Operating procedures) related to Supply chain & Operations activities Deployment of the ERP system in Italy, and actively support the roll out to other European countries later on (France, Germany, Poland, Greece, Scandinavia, etc...) Work with all sites improving the Standard work, including training of people on new way of working. Work on new initiatives and projects around material flow, planning and production activities Support sites on Supply Chain & Operations related improvement activities upon demand Participate in group initiatives. Qualifications: University degree (Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing) If not University Degree achieved, relevant Logistics / Supply Chain studies completed with more years of experience in the field Ideally up to 3 years experience in a similar position - printing or flexible packaging industry is a big plus Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, knowledge of ERP systems, D365 experience is a big plus and would make the difference with other candidates Experience with leading / supporting projects with project management methodologies Professional English written and spoken Fluent Italian is preferred We would welcome you have these skills: Very good computer skills - MS Office Developing and implementing modern Supply chain solutions, coordination of Supply chain projects, people training xpavfwm & aftercare Highly developed communication skills at team level and across the organization Commitment, reliability, conscientiousness, self-reliance and pro-activity in carrying out tasks Growth Mindset - a focus on development and continuous improvement of yourself and the teams around you Our offer interesting work in a dynamically growing company with an established market position, in an international environment, adapa Academy and the opportunity to grow within adapa, Participation in local and group/international projects A friendly working atmosphere in a committed team Year Gross salary 30-37k Diversity, Inclusion & Equal Opportunities adapa is committed to an inclusive workplace and equal opportunities for all.
