Supply Chain Planning - Curricular Internship

We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join the Supply & Demand Planning team. The selected candidate will support planning activities aimed at ensuring product availability, optimizing stock levels, and improving sales forecast accuracy.

This internship represents a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in Supply Chain planning processes within a dynamic and challenging environment.

Your responsibilities will include

Supporting the preparation and update of production and outsourced supply requests through the analysis of historical sales data, inputs from the Sales team, and inventory levels

Collaborating in monitoring stock levels and identifying potential risks related to excess, slow‑moving items, or shortages

Interacting with Supply Planning, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to gather and consolidate information required for planning processes

Supporting data analysis activities related to forecast accuracy, warehouse performance, and service levels

Preparing periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations to support review and planning activities

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing planning processes and data quality

Supporting master data maintenance and validation activities within planning systems

Participating in ad hoc Supply Chain projects and analyses

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
