This role is located in Milan,
Fluent level of English and Italian is required,

YOUR MISSION Facilitate cross-functional teams to align sales, operations, logistics, and transportation in achieving customer fulfilment and optimizing inventory positioning.
Implement and execute safety stock policies at both plant and regional levels, ensuring inventory optimization and cost-effective operations.
Oversee strategic pool balancing and relocation decisions to maintain optimal stock levels across mark.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventories at optimal levels balancing production capacities to ensure service is not compromised for cost,
Lead the execution of the seasonal supply surge to include forecasting, communication, execution, and exception management,
Recommend and implement tactics to improve supply chain efficiencies within the perimeter of responsibility (Country plants, PNO...),
Support, evaluate and analyse customer collaborations and synergies to successful implementations,
Support planning strategy: opening / closing plants, replanning of collections, adjustment of new materials buys, support to tenders,
Participates, leads improvement projects and actions to drive Supply Chain efficiencies,
Supply chain budgeting and cost analysis and tracking,
Working closely with Logistics / Operations Finance, will identify and explain cost deviations to the forecasted budget and report out to management,
Ensures Local Supply Chain Office reporting needs (specific customized reports production),
Provides scenarios and contingency planning framework,
Manage and lead use of CHEP optimisation tools to deliver accurate data & reporting,
Identify short, medium and long term opportunities for company direct cost saving,
Be responsible for team development needs and ensure good team motivation
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
7-10 years in Planning Management and operations, facility engineering, supply chain or logistics experience.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
skill in project management software and tools.
Understanding of industry tools e.g. BlueYonder/Manugistics, i2, Red Prairie, Manhattan Assoc.
Lean/Six sigma experience.
M/soft, SAP, SQL
Project management
1-2 years IT or Project Management
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range : 55 440€ - 65 400€
Level Quadro - CCNL Commercio. All CCNL provided benefits applicable to this level are included
