These technologies will generate positive returns, contributing to the economic and social progress of the entire nation, benefiting future generations.Those working on this program will have the opportunity to access a career growth path in an internationally competitive and technologically advanced environment.Within the Joint Venture constituted for the realization of the GCAP Program, we are looking for a **Supply Chain Security Risk Management Tool Lead Specialist for the GCAP Headquarters located in Reading (UK).****OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:**The Supply Chain Security Risk Management Tool Lead Specialist oversees current and emerging cyber, physical, personnel, and information risks impacting multinational supply chains, including external threats and supplier-related vulnerabilities. Such risks can compromise procurement processes and supply chain continuity, with potential significant impacts on missions and the Program.The role leads the development and continuous improvement of the supply chain security risk management tool, enabling proactive, real-time, and effective risk mitigation through data-driven insights.Activities are carried out under the direction of the Supply Chain Security Manager, ensuring alignment with the security management plan.**RESPONSIBILITIES:**The resource will be part of the Supply Chain Security & Product Integration function for the JV and will report directly to the Supply Chain Security Manager Operations.**TASKS:*** Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the supply chain security risk management tool, based on data-driven requirements.* Define the functional and security requirements of the tool, collaborating closely with stakeholders, including the Security and IT teams.* Manage the entire lifecycle of the tool, from the initial concept phase and small-scale pilot development to full launch and evolutionary updates.* Systematically identify and assess risks related to supply chain security, in accordance with higher-level policies and standards, using the data available in the risk management tool.* Support the maintenance of supply chain visibility and supplier mapping, leveraging the tool's data and coordinating with the internal supply chain security assurance team.* Develop and maintain processes, guidelines, and training materials to ensure effective use of the tool within the organization and with suppliers.* Coordinate with internal supply chain security teams and related organizations to integrate the tool's outputs into broader risk management and assurance activities.* Monitor the tool's performance, data quality, and user engagement, promoting continuous improvements based on feedback and evolving security needs.* Support security incident response activities, providing competent teams with timely data and reports available through the risk management tool.* Manage documentation related to the tool's governance, security aspects, and operational procedures.**REQUIREMENTS:****Education:****Essential Requirements:*** Diploma or equivalent qualification in the security field.* Suitability and willingness to obtain DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance.**Preferred Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification/experience in the security field.**Seniority:**Expert**Soft Skills:****Essential Requirements:*** Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven experience in communicating with senior management across various functions, both internal and external.* Ability to make pragmatic decisions and to operate in close collaboration with the business.* Proven problem-solving skills (forward, lateral thinking) applied to complex issues.* Ability to build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization.* Good written, verbal, and presentation skills.* Teamwork attitude.* Ability to independently manage one's own project responsibility areas, with full awareness of individual responsibilities.* Work experience in multilateral and multicultural environments.**Preferred Requirements:*** At least 3 years of professional experience consistent with the purpose of the role and key responsibilities.* Strong people management skills.* Ability to influence business decisions, making a significant contribution to the development of policy and organizational approaches.**Language Skills:** English C1Leonardo is an international industrial group and one of the world’s leading players in Aerospace, Defense, and Security, specialized in multi-domain technological capabilities in the fields of Helicopters, Aircraft, Aerostructures, Electronics, Cyber Security, and Space.
