We’re looking for a System Architect to join our Architecture and Design team, which defines the standards and guidelines shaping the future of Tetra Pak\'s customer-facing digital solutions. Tetra Pak\'s Automation & Digital business is growing significantly, with bold ambitions to digitalize our business and automate customer plants globally.
What You Will Do
- Take end-to-end responsibility for creating Automation and Digital solutions for customers.
- Work closely with Technical Product Owners and agile development teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Be part of a cross-functional team of Technical Product Owners, System and Solution Architects, and Lead UX Researchers, refining business requirements and optimizing solutions for cost, security, quality, and speed.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies and ensure solutions meet architectural standards.
- Partner with technical product owners and cross-functional teams to define and align on system architecture, interfaces, and integration strategies.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical design documentation for development teams.
- Drive code quality through structured reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate innovative technical solutions and architectural approaches.
We believe you have
- 5+ years of experience with a strong technical background in Automation & Digital, focusing on architecture and development best practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of Tetra Pak A&D plant-wide solutions from a technical perspective.
- Good communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Solid expertise in containerized development and Kubernetes environments.
- Hands-on experience in software development with a strong practical approach.
Bonus Points
- Experience with service-based architecture and message bus patterns for data sharing.
- Familiarity with GitOps deployment practices and principles.
