Main Responsibilities

• Preparation and staging: initial configuration, operating system installation, and customization of PCs, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Server configuration: physical and logical assembly of rack and tower servers.
• Virtualization: installation and configuration of hyper-converged clusters using Proxmox VE and Nutanix AHV.
• Testing and quality assurance: execution of hardware tests, verification of network connectivity, and validation of redundancy parameters.
• Troubleshooting: diagnosis and resolution of hardware issues or software incompatibilities during the setup phase.
• Documentation: drafting technical test reports and maintaining the asset inventory.

Technical Skills and Soft Skills

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system configuration.
• Ability to install, configure, and manage applications.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solid analytical mindset.
• Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in operational and procedural activities.

Education

• High School Diploma (in IT/telecommunications/electronics)

Prerequisites and/or Experience

• Experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware components
