A protagonist of the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the **Space Division** we are looking for a **System Engineer**, for our office in **Nerviano (MI)**.The person we select will join the Engineering - Electronics Equipment & Micropropulsion team - dealing with the following **activities:*** Definition of the system architecture of the electrical and electronic system* Definition of electronic system and subsystem specifications* Definition of design justifications/architectural rationales* Drafting of system-level analyses* Drafting of functional and system performance verification plans* Participation in program reviews* Understanding and flowdown of requirements with the ability to manage the budget and margins of system requirements* Technical management of subcontractors* Technical management of the program throughout all phases of the lifecycle**Education:*** Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Physics.**Required experience level:*** Expert: at least 3 years of experience in the role.**Technical skills and knowledge:*** Electronic design skills (power, analog, digital)* Basic knowledge of ECSS space regulations* Basic knowledge of EEE parts and associated typical lifecycle* Ability to analyze and schematize problems to be solved* Ability to analyze data for the validation of developed models**Behavioral skills:*** Team working* Proactivity* Problem solving* Result orientation* Effective communication* Time management* Autonomy* Decision-making ability**Language skills:*** English (minimum level B2)**IT skills:*** Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)* Requirements management tools (Doors)* Matlab* Python* Altium* Pspice* COMSOL* ZEMAX* LabView* Commos Pro**Other:*** Availability for short national and international business trips**Seniority:**Expert**Primary Location:**IT - Milano - Nerviano**Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**Hybrid
