TextYess is here to restore what was lost. We build AI agents that bring back the personal, conversational shopping experience, but at infinite scale. Through WhatsApp, web, voice, and email, we help brands sell through real conversations that feel natural, helpful, and human. Where this is going: an AI-native CRM that runs the entire customer relationship for B2C brands, across every channel, autonomously.

We work with brands like Ducati, Pittarosso, MC2 Saint Barth, and Doppelgänger. We've raised over €3M, we're doubling revenue every six months, and we're preparing for international expansion. This is a rocketship, and we're just getting started.

The role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to help build and scale the hiring machine at TextYess.

You won't just be "filling seats"; you will be contributing to our culture and the engine behind our growth.

You won't have a massive employer branding agency creating content for you.

You won't be waiting for candidates to find our LinkedIn page. You build the funnel: you source, you pitch, you coordinate, you close. This is a role for someone who thrives without a safety net, someone who sees an "impossible to find" profile and gets excited, not anxious.

You'll work directly with our Department Heads and play a central role in deciding who joins this mission.

  • Build the winning team: hit and exceed our hiring targets by finding the top 1% of talent in Tech, Sales and other functions.
  • Scale the machine: design and own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from the first outreach to the signed offer, ensuring a "world-class" candidate experience.
  • Define the brand: turn TextYess into a talent magnet by effectively communicating our vision, our grit and our philosophy to the market.

What you will work on

  • Hunt, don't wait: run outbound sourcing every day using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build your own pipeline from scratch.
  • Master our ideal candidate profile: work with our leadership to deeply understand the "TextYess DNA" and identify the exact profiles we need to scale.
  • Personalize at scale: draft and iterate on outreach sequences that actually get replies from talents who aren't looking for a job.

Process Design & Operations

  • Own the stack: set up and manage our ATS to ensure our hiring data is clean and our process is lightning-fast.
  • Shorten the cycle: identify bottlenecks in our interview process and fix them. We don't believe in 8-round interviews; we believe in speed and clarity.

Closing & Culture

  • Own the hiring process end-to-end: sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination and closing.
  • Bring market intelligence back to the team: hiring trends, candidate feedback and compensation benchmarks.
  • Help position TextYess as one of the most exciting AI startups in Europe.
  • 3+ years of experience in a TA or Recruiting role (preferably in B2B SaaS or VC-backed startups).
  • Sourcing expert: you know how to find anyone, anywhere. You don't rely on organic applicants.
  • International scope : you won't be limited to the Italian borders. You will map and hunt for the best talent across Europe and beyond, building a distributed team of A-players.
  • Data-driven: you track your conversion rates at every stage of the funnel and use them to improve your pitch.
  • Extreme ownership: you take the "Lead" title seriously. If a seat is empty, it’s your problem to solve.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.

What we expect

Within days:

  • Understand our roadmap and the current "missing pieces" in our team.
  • Audit our current hiring process and identify the immediate "low-hanging fruit."
  • Launch your first sourcing sprints for our priority roles.

Within weeks:

  • Establish a consistent weekly pipeline of qualified candidates for all open roles.
  • Take full ownership of the candidate experience, from first screen to feedback.

Within months:

  • Fully own the hiring number.
  • Have a "Recruitment Playbook" ready for when we scale the TA team further.

What we offer

  • Salary: the base annual salary (RAL) ranges from €40K to €55K (depending on experience).
  • Stock options: you are building the team; you should own a piece of the company.
  • Infinite growth: you are our first dedicated TA hire. You have the chance to build this function from the ground up.
