Talent acquisition manager

Carlo Ratti Associati is looking for a talent acquisition specialist to join the team in Turin.

This role is a transversal Group position, dedicated to sourcing and hiring a wide range of profiles across all CRA Group companies, from architecture and design to technology and operations.

Key responsibilities

• manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different teams and companies within the Group
• work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
• actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
• screen applications and coordinate interviews
• ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• support talent pipelines and ongoing hiring needs across the Group

Requirements

• two to five years’ of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple roles
• good communication and stakeholder management skills
• fluent in English and Italian
• preferable to have experience abroad
