The challenge

This is a sourcing-and-headhunting-first role . You won’t just be moving candidates through a funnel; you’ll be building talent maps, diving into niche communities, and running creative outbound outreach to land 'A-players' who aren't even looking for a new job yet.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our hiring managers and me to ensure we’re building a world-class team.
