Talent Acquisition Partner - Corporate Functions

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own end-to-end recruitment for Governance, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR, including executive-level hires. You will master passive sourcing and build pipelines before roles open, manage offers, and drive data-driven hiring with stakeholders. You’ll partner with external search firms, enhance the candidate journey, and represent Satispay at events. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-growing FinTech shaping critical functions.

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for complex roles in Governance, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR
  • Master passive candidate sourcing across multiple channels
  • Lead offer management from strategy to negotiation and closure
  • Drive partnerships with hiring managers and keep them informed with data-driven updates
  • Champion candidate experience and propose improvements using pipeline data
  • Manage external partners including executive search firms and agencies
  • Contribute to team strategy and cross-functional projects
  • Represent Satispay at external events and talent markets independently
  • 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience closing complex, niche, or senior roles
  • Proven experience recruiting for Corporate functions (Legal, Compliance, Governance, Finance, HR)
  • Executive hiring experience with Director-level or above searches; comfortable with C-suite dynamics
  • Regulated or FinTech market knowledge or ability to map niche markets quickly
  • Passive candidate sourcing mastery beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Offer management and negotiation experience including counter-offers
  • Senior stakeholder management and ability to maintain timelines and quality
  • Data-driven recruiting approach including compensation benchmarking and funnel analysis
  • International hiring exposure across Europe and familiarity with employment laws
  • ATS autonomy and reporting; Ashby experience is a plus
  • Excellent English and Italian (written and spoken)
